  3. Does manutronic replace the shift lever?

Manutronic will allow you to select gears with the cruise control when the shifter is in the OD position, but you will still need a conventional shifter to get you through the Park, Reverse, Neutral, OD, 2, and 1 positions. Also please note that when the shifter is in OD and the transmission is in first or second, no engine braking will be applied. To get engine braking you will need to downshift with the shift lever to second or low. Moving the shifter to manual second or low will apply the transmission bands to provide engine braking.

  4. I was wondering if the TCS for a 4r70w can correct the speedometer for different rear end ratios?

The TCS does not correct the vehicles speedometer. The TCS splices into the speed signal on vehicles it is installed in, but does not provide a modified output.
