What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Master Card. We will also take paypal, if it will be funded by your paypal balance, or your checking account. We do not accept credit card payments through paypal.
We will also ship COD, if you will be paying by cashiers check or money order. COD is only an option for orders shipped to the United States. We do not accept checks for COD shipments unless you are a dealer that has been approved for COD shipping.

What are your hours for technical help?
We are available for technical assistance by phone Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You may also submit your technical question to our FAQ program for an email response, or check out the rest of our Technical Help and FAQ section online.

What is your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of the shipping date listed on the original invoice. A copy of the invoice should be sent with the items. No returns are accepted after 30 days. All returns must be in new and unsued condition, and have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued by us. Once the items have been received and inspected we will issue a refund less a 10% restocking fee, if the items are in acceptable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please call 864-335-9365 for an RMA number and instructions before shipping a return to us.

Do you have online ordering?
We do not currently have online ordering, but we will be adding that in the next few months. You can use our pdf order form located on our How to Order Page and fax in your order if you are unable to place it over the phone. Also if you can't get through to us during our normal hours leave us a voice message with a good time for us to call you during the day or the evening, and we will do our best to call you then.
