The latest version of our Baumann Tuning System software application (tuning software for Shiftware and Baumannator TCS products) is Version 3.12, and was released on September 21, 2009.
This release addresses some remaining concerns with controller hardware/firmware version recognition, and includes improvements to the communication setup dialog box to prevent the application from hanging on some newer computers, especially those with Bluetooth serial drivers installed.
This application is fully backward-compatible, and will work with even our earliest controllers.

Our last version of the Baumann Tuning System software was Version 3.11, and was released on June 30, 2009.
The most significant bug fixed was a delayed converter clutch lockup schedule on some transmissions. This problem was most prevalent on the Ford E4OD transmission, but may also affect some other transmissions to a minor extent.
